This brief video shows a huge waterspout that formed over Lake Michigan on Saturday. Evidently atmospheric conditions were perfect for generating waterspouts. "An unstable mix of cool autumn air and warm lake waters spawned dozens of tornadic funnel clouds" per this Rueters article.
