SHARING OUR LOVE OF MICHIGAN

One summer my wife and I had numerous weddings to attend and we wanted to bring a unique gift to each one. We decided to put together unique gift baskets that were only filled with Michigan products. The response we received was great and we had a wonderful time searching for Michigan items to fill up the gift baskets.

We began to think that this might be a pretty good business and in 2002, Gift Baskets From Michigan LLC was founded. We searched all across the state for great and unique Michigan products to include in our gift baskets. We've been selling gift baskets filled with Michigan products and shipping them across the United States ever since.

Great pride is taken in the fact that we only sell gift baskets that are filled with Michigan products. No exceptions.

Ordering from Gift Baskets From Michigan

It is easy and secure! We offer convenient and secure online ordering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Gift Baskets From Michigan LLC accepts American Express, Discover Card, Visa, and Mastercard.

Is everything really from Michigan?

Yes, we look all across the state for fun and tasty products to include in our gift baskets and gift boxes.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We ship via UPS and we can use their SurePost shipping method to deliver to a P.O. Box.  However, entering a P.O. Box for the shipping address could cause a delay in your order when using SurePost as it can add an extra day or two to delivery times.

How long will it take my order to be delivered?

During checkout you can select your shipping method. Please allow 1-2 Business Days to process orders for shipment. Unless otherwise specified, your order will ship via UPS Ground which takes 3-5 Business Days on average.

Will the gift basket recipient see the invoice for my order?

No, we do not include a copy of your invoice with the gift basket/box.

Placing an order of 10 or more gift baskets?

Please allow at least 2 weeks (3-4 weeks during November and December) for shipment. We work hard to make sure we have the freshest inventory in our gift baskets and that means that we don't always have the necessary inventory on hand to ship out large orders as soon as they are placed. Also, if you place an order of that size online and they are shipping to one address there will be additional shipping charges as it takes more than one box to ship that number of gift baskets.

I didn't see a shipping notification or other order emails, what should I do?

Most likely it was caught in your email client's spam folder and we suggest that you check there first. You will automatically receive an order confirmation and we always send out a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Alternatively, if you sign up an account on our site you can always login and see receipt copies and shipping/tracking information.

Do you ship nationwide?

Absolutely! We have been shipping Michigan gift baskets across the country for over 16 years now. The only thing we do not do is ship internationally.

Can I order more than one gift and have them sent to different addresses with different gift card messages?

You bet! During checkout you can specify all of the different addresses and gift card messages. If you have any questions drop us an email at hello@giftbasketsfrommichigan.com.

Some of the items in my gift box/basket are different than advertised.

Sometimes in order to ship your order on time a substitution or two needs to take place. It is our policy that if we are out of some of the items that normally go in the gift box/basket that you ordered, we replace them with items of equal or greater value.

What happens to my delivery if the recipient is not there to receive it?

If the recipient is not at the delivery address to receive it, the gift will be left at the delivery location. Gift Baskets From Michigan cannot be held liable or responsible for damage or theft of gifts, if the intended recipient is unavailable to receive their delivery.

Can I customize a gift basket or gift box?

Yes, if you are ordering 20 or more gift baskets/boxes. See our Custom Gift Boxes page for more details.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.
